Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or purchasing a VIP Club membership on djoverall.com, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
The VIP Club Membership
The DJ Overall VIP Club is a monthly subscription service providing exclusive access to member-only content including mix tapes, live stream replays, and other digital content (“VIP Content”). Your membership is personal to you and is non-transferable.
No Account Sharing
Your VIP Club account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Each membership is for one individual. If we detect that an account is being accessed by multiple people, or that login credentials have been shared, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account without notice and without refund. If you wish to give someone else access to VIP content, they must purchase their own membership.
No File Sharing or Redistribution
All content in the VIP Club — including but not limited to audio mix tapes, live stream replay videos, and any downloadable files — is the exclusive intellectual property of DJ Overall. You may not share, distribute, upload, re-post, sell, or reproduce any VIP content in any form, on any platform, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to sharing files privately via messaging apps, uploading to social media, hosting on file-sharing platforms, or redistributing through any other means. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes:
- Partial month refunds after billing has occurred
- Refunds requested after VIP content has been accessed
- Refunds due to forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
- Refunds for any reason after the transaction has been processed
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your My Account page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You will retain access to VIP content through the end of your current billing period, after which access will be revoked. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged.
Subscription Billing
Your VIP Club membership renews automatically each month on your billing date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. If a payment fails, your account will be placed on hold and VIP content access will be suspended until payment is resolved.
Content Availability
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove VIP content at any time. We make no guarantees about the specific volume or frequency of content posted. Temporary unavailability of content due to technical issues does not entitle members to a refund or account credit.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to account sharing, file redistribution, or any abusive or fraudulent activity. Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not entitled to a refund.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of your account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
